1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using Car Wash 24 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

Car Wash 24 is a marketplace that connects customers seeking car wash and detailing services with independent service vendors. We are not a car wash service provider — we facilitate bookings and payments between users and vendors.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and current information when registering.
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts.

4. Booking & Cancellation

  • Bookings are confirmed upon submission and payment (if applicable).
  • Customers may cancel a pending booking at any time before it is accepted by the vendor.
  • Once a booking is accepted or in progress, cancellations are subject to the vendor's policy and our Refund Policy.
  • Vendors must provide the service as described or offer a reschedule/refund.

5. Payments

  • Prices displayed are set by vendors and are inclusive of the platform service fee where noted.
  • Online payments are processed by Stripe. By paying online, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
  • Platform commission is collected automatically from each booking.

6. Vendor Obligations

  • Vendors must hold all required licences and insurance for the services they offer.
  • Vendors are responsible for the quality and safety of their services.
  • Vendors must keep their availability, pricing, and business information up to date.
  • Repeated customer complaints or violations may result in account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit false reviews, bookings, or identity information.
  • Circumvent the Platform to transact with vendors off-platform to avoid fees.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to compromise the Platform's security.

8. Limitation of Liability

Car Wash 24 provides the marketplace infrastructure but is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by vendors, property damage, personal injury, or disputes between users and vendors. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local law. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved by mutual agreement; if not, they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
