  • Location data: latitude/longitude you provide or permit to improve nearby search results.
  • Payment information: payment amounts and transaction IDs. Card details are processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
  • Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Process and confirm bookings between customers and vendors.
  • Send booking confirmations, reminders, and service updates.
  • Process payments and issue refunds where applicable.
  • Improve the platform, detect fraud, and ensure safety.
  • Respond to support requests and legal inquiries.

3. Sharing Your Information

We share limited information only as necessary:

  • With vendors: your name, vehicle number, address note, and booking details so they can provide the service.
  • With payment processors: Stripe receives payment card data directly from your browser; we receive only the transaction status.
  • Legal obligations: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government authority.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and booking data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Card data is handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). We apply access controls and monitoring to protect your data.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or export the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Opt out of non-essential communications.
